DEVELOPER MANAGER SERVICES FOR THE NEW ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND FIREARMS HEADQUARTERS, WASHINGTON, DC The General Services Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) is seeking a developer partner for all activities associated with planning, acquiring, designing, constructing and occupying a facility to house ATF's headquarters staff and functions. This is not a formal solicitation. A draft solicitation will be issued on or about March 9, 1998 to all parties submitting an expression of interest.
