Labriola, (703) 696-1011 Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps intends to negotiate a sole-source follow-on contract with: Achieve Global; 100 Four Falls Corporate Center, Suite 113; Conshohocken State & Woodmont Roads; West Conshohocken, PA 19428. The Marine Corps has a continuing requirement for the ongoing development, upgrade, customization, delivery and the maintenance & sustainment of Achieve Global's sales, and sales management training system. The incumbent contractor, Achieve Global (formerly Learning International), has developed a Marine Corps unique training program which uses a predominantly copyrighted customized training curriculum. The requirement includes measurement of the training through written reports, as well as debriefings with the Marine Corps Recruiting Command (MCRC), immediately upon completion of the respective courses. Other training support, i.e. train-the-trainer, reinforcement and sustainment training must be provided to the field, at any of six District Headquarters locations (Garden City, NY; Harrisburg, PA; Parris Island, SC; New Orleans, LA; Kansas City, MO; San Diego, CA and/or any Recruiting Station location across the United States.) The contractor is responsible for furnishing the training facility (including supplies) during each course in the Washington, D.C. area. The Contractor must have the capability to upgrade and customize course materials, based on current sales effectiveness research, high-technology training delivery methodology, and the "just-in-time" training needs of the MCRC; i.e., advertising campaigns, CG's guidance and specific offensives. The period of performance for this effort is planned for one base year (FY99 -- 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99) with four respective option years.
