Contractor shall install approximately 475 LF of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer main, including 2 EA manholes and several service lines; and abandonment of 1 EA septic tank; and 1 EA lift station/mound system adjacent to the Muckleshoot Tribal Center on 172nd Avenue SE, near Auburn, in King County, Washington. The anticipated contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period is 21 calendar days. Estimated range is $25,000 to 100,000. Payment bonds or acceptable alternative payment protection is required. Buy American Act applies.
