Z -- REPAIR OF STAIRS, HANDRAILS AND FENCING SOL 1448-20181-98-Q023 DUE 040298 POC Ray Tomori, Contract Specialist, (505) 248-6795 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, seeks proposals to repair stairs and handrails, paint, and install new wire mesh fencing at five (5) dams located in the Wichita Mountains National Wildlife Refuge, Comanche County, Oklahoma. The project includes, but not limited to installing approximately 505 linear feet of metal stair nosing, removal of existing wire mesh fencing and replace with approximately 4210 square feet of PVC coated chain link fencing, install approximately 40 linear feet of pipe handrails, painting approximately 1295 linear feet of new and existing handrails with galvanizing paint and install 6 marker bouys. Payment and Performance bonds are not required; however, alternate payment protection will be required from the successful offeror after award. This acquisition is open to both large and small business under SIC Code 1611. The price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
