This will be awarded as a requirements contract including one base year and three option years. There is no minimum amount of work guaranteed under this contract. All work will be issued on delivery orders from the base contract. The following is a summary of work for project NUEX 98-0500 located at Luke Air Force Base, and Gila Bend Auxillary Field, Arizona. The project shall include, but is not limited to maintaining, repairing, and replacing pavements, curbing, concrete, and striping at Luke AFB and Gila Bend Auxillary Field as required by base engineering. All other items included on the bidding schedule will be considered part of this contract as well. NOTE: Arizona does not observe daylight savings time. (0054)
