The elevators operate through five floors, each floor about 20 feet high. This solicitation will a two-phase selection using the procedures in FAR 36.300. It will be a design build award. No more than three contractors will be selected from phase one to submit proposals for phase two. One contractor will selected from phase two to accomplish the work. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Anticpated construction time for phase two work is 120 calendar days.
