This solicitation includes the following qualification requirement: The contractor shall meet the following minimum experience: a) Experience in the construction f gas station, in particular, removal and installation of underground gasoline tanks and leak detection systems, and; b) Must submit a list with at least three projects involving the above items in the past three years. All work shall be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656).
