Solicitation will be issued approximately 13 Apr 98 with offers due 13 May 98. Contract includes base period to begin approximately 01 Aug 98 and four priced option years. Offerors will be required to submit comprehensive technical/management and cost realism proposals. Bid bond will be required for real property maintenance portion.
