equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to
replace existing steam and condensate lines from the utility tunnel to
manhole #2A, with a new preinsulated system. Project also includes the
provision of temporary boilers and the demolition of manhole #3. Work
site is the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT (New London
County). All work must be completed by 27 August 1998. Cost range is

site visit is the only organized walk-thru that will be scheduled. This
project is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness
