The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Alliant Techsystems, Incorporated, 600 Second Street, NE, Hopkins, MN 55343-8384 (ATK) for the completion of the Engineering and Manufacturing Development Phase of the EX419, Multifunction Fuze (MFF) Program. ATK will complete the Engineering Design, and the manufacture/remanufacture of the Developmental and Operational Testing fuze quantities. The EX419 MFF is intended for use on the 5"/54 and 76mm/62 Gun Ammunition. Note 22 Applies.
