This requirement will be awarded as an indefinite-delivery/requirements type contract with a base ordering period of one (1) year with four (4) -- one (1) year options. Option will be evaluated with the base period. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Closing date for receipt of offers will be specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) when issued.
