70 -- PURCHASE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES SOL N63165-98-R-0010 DUE 031798 POC Ms. Carla O. Hunter, Contract Specialist, 202-685-1129 and John Swearinger, Contracting Officer, 202-685-1081 Naval Computer and Telecommunication Station Washington (NCTSW) intends to award a contract to Black Diamond Networks, on a sole source basis for the support of the development, maintenance and enhancement activities to include: networking and communications requirements analysis utilizing a fully clustered Sequent 450 and 250 minicomputer operating in a DYNIX/ptx environment; Web Site development and maintenance; Web enabled application development and enhancements; integration to other environmental systems; hardware/software technical evaluation and review; technical support of NRC interagency activities via the Internet and World Wide Web; network and communications security; technical briefing preparation and/or presentation; documentation updates. Expertise and knowledge of DOT, USCG and EPA network requirements as well as extensive knowledge of the Command Center's network architecture. All responsible sources may submit written responses containing sufficient technical documentation to establish capability to meet requirement. All responses must be received in wirting within 15 calendar days of publication of this notice. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal Acquistion Streamline Act (FASA).
