The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Environmental Justice shall sponsor three roundtable seminar discussions at the 1998 Affiliates Conference: Hispanic Media Call to Action, which shall be held April 1-3, 1998 in Washington, D.C. These discussions shall: 1) involve U.S. Government Leaders and Hispanic Advocacy Organizations and; 2) determine how the Spanish media can influence official policy and empower their listeners. Each roundtable shall report to the conference their suggestions for changes in U.S. policies towards Hispanics, and the role of the Spanish media. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
