Synopsis 98-03:The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, transportation, supervision, equipment, tools gages, supplies, and materials necessary to perform Preventive maintenance Inspection (PMI), Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS), and non-destructive test of crane hooks and elevated crane trackage for all listed cranes and hoists, by means of a combination firm fixed-price/indefinite-quantity contract. Performance time will be for twelve months from award. The total duration of this contract, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed five years. Bids will be considered from all responsible sources. The proposed contract is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is J039.
