The service shall include all phases of food preparation and serving normally associated with the trade. Service shall include complete management, equipment, control, purchase, receipt, storage, issue, handling, processing, packaging, preparation, and food serving. Multiple awards are anticipated. No guaranteed quantities are provided. The anticipated contract duration is one year from the date of award with provisions for four, one-year contract extension options.
