U -- PROJECT TEAMBUILDING SOL DACA87-98-Q-0029 DUE 031798 POC Purchasing Agent LAURA HARBIN (205) 895-1171 (Site Code DACA87) Offeror shall provide the services necessary to provide a course of instruction entitled "Project Teambuilding." Course session locations are Knoxville, TN, with the following dates: 23-27 Mar 1998; 22-26 June 1998. Course length is 36 hours with 24 students per session. This course shall cover topics including project controls; measurement/implementation; managing projet teams; organizational alternative; communication/ personality type; and conflict management. Contractor shall provide 2 instructors who each have had 500 hours of teaching experience during the last 5 years in the following subjects: management of technical employees, scientists and engineers; management of technology based organizations; management of organizational change and behavior; conflict management and negotiating; and strategic management and business philosophies. Each instructor shall possess an earned doctorate's degree from an accredited college or university in Management of Strategic Management.
