Perform site preparation for the MALSR system, including grading for equipment shelter plot. Install reinforced concrete foundation piers and equipment pads at the shelter plot. Install Government Furnished fiberglass equipment shelter, and related enclosures, conduit, and wiring. Install transformer pad and secondary power cables to the shelter, and coordinate transformer installation with the utility company. Install Earth Electrode System and Lightning Protection System, and other grounding features. Install trench for primary power cables, coordinate cable installation with the utility company and backfill trench. Remove part of the existing airport perimeter fencing and install new double-swing gate. 2. Install threshold bar and light stations for the MALSR system,including reinforced concrete foundations, frangible EMT, Government Furnished Low Impact Resistant (LIR) masts, conduit, handholes, PVC duct system, cabling, enclosures, Government Furnished lamps and crushed rock surfacing around light stations. 3. Install crushed rock and concrete access roads. 4. Install crushed rock surfacing around the existing PAPI facility. 5. Install a reinforced concrete foundation for a Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) antenna at the existing Localizer equipment shelter plot, along with related enclosures, conduit, and wiring. 6. Perform drainage improvements near the existing Localizer antenna array. 7. Perform operational testing for the MALSR system. This procurement is open to both small and large businesses.
