The work consists of the construction of a waterborne restroom facility, sewer system with soil absorption fields, and related site improvements (sidewalk, turfing, and electrical service) and the removal/demolition of an existing concrete vault restroom at a remote site. The work includes the following: clearing and grubbing, excavation and fill, concrete, concrete masonry units, wood trusses and decking, fiberglass shingles, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, FRP panels, painting, quarry tile, toilet accessories, electrical fixtures, and plumbing fixtures. Estimated magnitude of work is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Issue date for solicitation will be on or about March 23, 1998 at a cost of $68.50 for solicitation and full size drawings; $53.75 for solicitation and half size drawings; $20.00 for solicitation only (all charges are nonrefundable).
