The work site is located at the Federal Correctional Complex, Butner, North Carolina. The project magnitude for this project is within the estimated projected range of $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated time of completion is 270 calendar days. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The issue date of the Invitation for Bid is March 16, 1998, with a Bid Opening date of April 20, 1998.
