Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment,
transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to replace existing
steam and condensate lines from the utility tunnel to manhole #2A,
with a new preinsulated system. Project also includes the provision of
temporary boilers and the demolition of manhole #3. Work site is the
U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT (New London County). All work
must be completed by 27 August 1998. Cost range is between $100,00 and

walkthrough is tentatively scheduled for March 31, 1998at the USCG
Academy, 15 Mohegan Ave., New London, Ct. This site visit is the only
organized walk-thru that will be scheduled. This project is issued
pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program,
