It will not contain closing dates for receipt of offers, thus the issue of "late offers" will no longer be a basis for rejection of an offer. The schedule period will be continuous, and will contain contracts with contract periods that commence on the date of award(DOA) and expire in five years (exclusion of any options) from the DOA. New issue date is March 19, 1998.
