The estimated value of this Agreement is $3 million, and it is intended that this Agreement will be cost-shared, approximately 50%/50%. The estimated duration is 9 months. This Consortium is the only source known to the Government that, collectively among its members, has the capability to undertake this R&D within budgetary and schedule constraints.
