Contractor to provide services in terms of sessions with a minimum service of two sessions per occurrence. Contractor employees must meet security requirements and experience requirements outlined in the solicitation document. The Government intends to award a requirements type contract for a base period and four option periods for a total contract period of 60 months. The estimated number of sessions for each period of the contract is 21,500. Penal institution security requirements apply.
