70 -- RANGE STANDARDIZATION AND AUTOMATION (RSA) PHASE IIA The contract action is to exercise Sub Contract Line Item Numbers (SubCLINs) 0008AH, 0008AT, 0008AX and 0010AB on the Range Standardization and Automation (RSA) Phase IIA (F04701-95-C-0029) Contract awarded to Lockheed Martin Tactical Systems Company (formerly Loral Systems Company) on 21 Nov 95. The exercise of SubCLINs 0008AT, 0008AX and 0010AB on the Range Delivery Increment 2 (RDI 2) will task the contractor to begin the purchase of an upgraded communications network for both the Eastern and Western Space Launch Ranges.
