The work to be performed under this acquisition includes (a) Furnish all materials and perform all work to construct one pre-engineered metal building with 2,250 square feet of office space attached to 1,240 square feet of shop space, complete with finished interior and ready for occupancy. (b) Furnish all material and perform all work to construct curbs and gutters, sidewalks, and a hot bituminous surfaced parking lot. (c) Furnish all materials and perform all work to construct a 6 feet high security fence with gates. (d) Furnish all materials and perform all work necessary to install a septic tank and drain field for the office building and a separate drain field for the shop portion of the building complete with grease trap. (e) Make all connections to existing utility services and extend utilities to the new office building. (f) Furnish all materials and perform all work to complete associated sitework and finish grading. The estimated price range of the work is $250,000 to $500,000. The contract is to be completed within approximately 150 days. The work is located approximately 6 miles west of Pueblo, Colorado in Pueblo County. the bid opening is tentatively scheduled for 10:00 AM, 04/30/98, at the Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office, PO Box 36900, 316 N. 26th Street, Billings, MT 59107-6900. Solicitation packages are anticipated to be available 03/31/98. Requests for solicitations should be received by 04/16/98. There is no charge for the first copy of the solicitation, additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 each. After issuance, the solicitation may be viewed, without charge, at the following offices of the Bureau of Reclamation: Great Plains Regional Office, Room 2031, Federal Building, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana, or Pueblo Field Office, 201 W 8th Street, Suite 720, Pueblo, Colorado.
