Z-Work includes replacing existing 1/2 round pre-finished metal column covers at the Front Entry and the Covered Walkways of the DeFlorez Building, located at 12350 Research Parkway, Orlando, Florida. Work includes removing existing metal column covers; providing new prefinished aluminum column covers; caulking, restoration or replacing rusted metal edging separating ceramic tile and column covers; repairing and replacing any ceramic tile damaged during column cover replacement. Also included is repairing interior rainwater leaders. Projected performance period is 45 calendar days. No telephone requests will be accepted.
