Ferris 301-227-3602 The Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to increase the scope of effort under existing contract N00167-96-C-0003 with Advanced Engineering and Planning Corporation (AEPCO) on a sole source basis. This increase in scope shall require AEPCO to develop a set of test samples for testing pultruded composite causeway watertight joint designs on the pultruded composite causeway system developed by AEPCO.
