The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport has a requirement for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Configuration Management (CM) to enhance the original design capabilities of existing and new submarine electromagnetic systems and equipment. A five year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee provisions is anticipated. Total estimated man-hours for the five year period is 300,000 hours. An estimated 65,000 hours of which will be performed at the NUWCDIVNPT site. Key categories of labor include Program / Project Manager, Logistician, and Configuration Management Specialist. Best value award methodology will be employed with evaluation factors including Technical Capability and Cost.
