The individual must have the capability to prepare various Federal Register Notices, Proposed and Final Rules implementing initiatives in the areas of: "Reinventing Government"; General Biologics Regulation Rewrite; and various projects which address updating the regulations for non-blood and non-tissue biological products. The majority of the work will be preparing final documents from existing recommendations which have been prepared by working groups in the relevant topic areas.
