CORRECTIONS/CHANGES TO TACOM RESEARCH ANNOUNCEMENT DAAE07-98-Q-BAA2 The U. S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) is issuing an amendment to Research Announcement DAAE07-98-Q-BAA2 published in the February 9, 1998 Commerce Business Daily. This amendment confirms that proposals are due March 20, 1998. Other revisions are: Paragraph A. INTRODUCTION, (1) is revised to read, "At least half the cost of each proposed project's statement of work (SOW) must be paid by non-federal participants, one of which must be a for profit company"; Paragraph E, Basis for Award has been revised deleting "Each topic is to be ranked separately"; Paragraph E, (5) Cost Realism, Reasonableness and Affordability has been added.
