The contractor shall provide management, supervision, manpower, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to provide janitorial and related services (including integrated pest control management) at the Fallon Federal Child Care Center, 200 W. Lombard Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201 per solicitation 98-03. This service contract will be for a six month period, with the possibility of three (3) -- six (6) month options. Anticipated beginning service date is May 1, 1998. It is impracticable to distribute the applicable specification and other technical data with the solicitation. These contract documents may be obtained at GSA, Woodlawn Field Group, 7500 Security Blvd., SL-10-07, Baltimore, MD 21244-1850, from Doretha Johnson, 410-786-9912. Anticipated award date is 4/1/98. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 3/23/98 at 9:30 a.m. in room G-90D in the Fallon Federal Building, 31 Hopkins Plaza, Baltimore, Maryland 21201. Immediately following the pre-bid, a walk through of the site will be conducted. Contractor must submit necessary clearance forms to the Contracting Officer no later than April 10, 1998.
