The Defense National Stockpile Center is soliciting quotations for the renovation of a break room in Building 14 at its Scotia, NY Depot. The renovation includes the removal and replacement of partition walls, plumbing fixtures, ceiling fixtures, and electrical fixtures. In addition, installation of new wiring and panel(s), new flooring, new doors, and a new kitchen countertop is required. The work also includes setting sprinkler heads at ceiling elevation. 2. The Scotia, NY Depot is located at Route 5, Scotia, NY 12302. 3. Completion of the project is required within 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. 4. The estimated dollar range for this project is between $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. 5.
