Invitations for bid will be issued on or about 27 March 1998. Bid opening will be on or about 27 April 1998. Performance period is 150 calendar days after issuance of Notice To Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Offerors must indicate their size status. Offers received without such indication shall be considered large business. Only written requests for solicitation will be considered.
