The Bureau of Reclamation, Yakima, Washington, has a requirement for labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete reconstruction of the parapet on the Upper Columbia Area Office Building. The principal components of the work to be performed under these specifications consists of: Reconstruction of approximately 320 linear feet of parapet. The parapet will replace the winter damaged parapet. The reconstruction will require rough framing, sheathing for parapet style fascia, metal gutter, downspout, flashing, exterior insulation and finish "DRYUIT", painting exterior finish, basic electrical circuitry and heating cables. All work and materials shall conform to state and local codes of their latest editions, including the Bureau of Reclamation Safety and Health Standards.
