Delivery with First Article Testing will be 10 each 420 days after
contract award and delivery without First Article Testing will be 10
each 270 days after contract award, both with subsequent monthly
deliveries of 10 each per month. FOB destination to Texarkana, Texas.
All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be
eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in
order to compete for this or future solicitations by submitting
documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping
List (CASL) procedures. The proposed contract action is for supplies
for which the Government does not own specifications or drawings.
Acquisition is restricted to the only approved source (s), General
Electric Company, Aircraft Engine Business Group, 1000 Western Avenue,
Lynn, MA 01910 and Walbar Incorporated, Arizona Division,323 S.
Bracken Lane, Chandler, Arizona 85224. Authority and justification is
FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a
