0003 has been modified in order to present a clearer description of the
requirements of the Close Circuit Television System. at BLDG 1 at Camp
H.M. Smith, HI. Site visits are acceptable upon appointment. To
schedule an appointment contact Sgt. Darrin Alexander at (808) 477-
0569. The revised description is as follows: 0001 -- System: The CCTV
security surveillance system should be enclosed in metal conduit
throughout to prevent tampering/compromise and be configured with an
uninterruptable power supply. The system should be capable of
switching/displaying camera images on a single multi window high
resolution color monitor and provide the capability to record video
images. A. Control station/desk will be provided and house the
annunciation/intercom, camera remote contols, electronic
locking/unlocking controls, and the muli window monitor. 0002 --
Operation: The system will be operated from the Command Center (Rm
429). Statement of work is as follows: A. The systemmust provide
surveillance of the entire passageways, the ladder well entrance,
elevator entrances, the entrance to the Command Center, and the Quarter
Deck/Red Carpet area with emphasis on the front entrance doors.
Location of the Quarter Deck/Red Carpet area is located on the 1st
floor of Bldg 1. The location of the Command Suite is on the 4th floor
of Bldg 1 B. The ladder well, all-hands elevator entrances, and
entrance to the Command Center should be configured with electronic
annunciation/intercom capability monitored from the Command Center (Rm
429). C. The ladder well doors, elevators entrance doors, the entrance
to the Command Center (Rm 429) will require configuration of electronic
locking/unlocking capability controlled from the Command Center (Rm
429). D. Cameras must be high resolution color cameras. Cameras type:
stationary or Pan/ tilt Cameras in suggested areas with remote
controlled pan/tilt and zoom capabilities controlled from the Command
Center. 0003 -- Quotation must include at a minimum a 1 year on site
warranty maintenance/service agreements with a 24 hour response time,
and service documentation training should be provided should we opt for
government public works to conduct maintenance after warranty. 0004 --
Installation is required. 0005 -- User training is required, along
with associated manuals and user defined preventative maintenance
responsibilities. Quotee must be received at USMC Regional Contrcting
Office at 1300, March 09, 1998 Hawaii Time. All other terms and
