This Procurement will have a base ordering period with four option periods. This is an Indefinite Quantity type contract. The quantity for each period will be from 500,000 to 1,000,000 min/max. This is a Best Value Source Selection acquisition. The following factors are applicable: Product Demonstration Model, Past Performance, EDI Capability, Bill and Hold Capability, Manufacturing Plan, Industrial Mobilization, Social Economic Programs and Small Disadvantaged Business Mentoring Agreements. While there may be some depot shipments, the majority of quantities ordered are expected to be placed through "Bill and Hold" shipments. Deliveries are scheduled to begin 180 days after award.
