This notice is to modify CBD submission No. 172872 dated 26 Feb 1998. Grade JP8 aviation turbine fuel, NSN: 9130-01-031-5816, MIL-T-83133D (29 JAN 92), 39,000,000 US gallons. The Government intends to procure JP8 aviation turbine fuel for McConnell Air Force Base of Wichita, KS as an Other than Full and Open Competition Procurement. McConnell AFB has scheduled a construction project on its truck receipt facility which requires the entire 39,000,000 US gallon requirement be delivered by pipeline. Conoco, Inc. of Houston, TX is the intended source. Delivery period will be October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999. See CBD Notes 2, 9, 12 and 22. (0058)
