The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking a contractor to to provide continual operation of HUDCLIPS an intranet/internet-based full text search retrieval system. HUDCLIPS provides electornic access to all HUD-related laws, directives, some guides, and forms. Access is provided through the Department-wide intranet, via WWW.hudclips.org and by an icon on the standard HUD desktop. The contract shall have a 12 month base period with 4 option periods of 12 months each. This is a full and open procurement. All requests for solicitations must be in writing.
