The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) has a requirement to obtain technical support needed to maintain and update proprietary software for the Integrated Automated Travel System (IATS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary for performance. Approximately nine hundred (900) licensees have been granted to be used by various DoD offices. DFAS intends to contract on a sole source basis with Professional Software Consortium, 5 Denison Drive, Kinnelon, NJ 07405 for support services/maintenance of the IATS software. The proposed contract type is a Time and Materials, Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity with fixed priced task orders. The period of performance will be a base year and four one year options plus and option to extend the contract for six months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.
