Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under the authority cited in 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) with Dayton Scientific Inc. for a six month extension of its contract for operation, maintenance and engineering services of the Data Acquisition Center (DAC) and related equipment at the Sensors Directorate, Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). The purpose of this extension is to continue support until and follow-on contract is awarded. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) nor is an RFP available. This notice is being published for subcontracting purposes only.
