The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) is seeking sources for an anticipated requirement for Type I flight simulator training and ground school instruction of pilots and flight engineers for the C-18 (707-323 series) to include FAA evaluation in support of the 452 Flight Test Squadron. Requirements include current capability for full motion simulation, on-site instructors experienced in the aircraft, and FAA certification capability. Must be willing to support unique training requirements, flexible schedules, and customer interaction in course development. Interested sources should indicate if this service would be considered a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. Responses shall be limited to 15 pages and should include, as a minimum, (1) evidence of past experience; (2) related projects (3) whether or not they are a large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, or woman owned businesses and (4) evidence that they posses an FAA approved, Level I flight simulator of this configuration and can provide facilities, instructors experienced in the aircraft, and FAA Certification capability.
