The proposed contractor shall provide labor, equipment and supplies needed for removal of asbestos throughout the Housing Units. The contractor must comply with all state of Colordao requirements for certification to perform asbestos removal. The cost range is between $250,000 to $500,000. The period of performans is 45 calendar days per unit totaling 90 calendar days. There will be three weeks down time between Housing Unit. The anticipated issue date is on or about March 13, 1998.
