The slab under the existing 85 x 200 ft unrefrigerated rink is to be demolished and subgrade heating and refrigeration systems added to the replacement slab to provide year round ice. The existing "Boards" are to be removed and reinstalled. An addition to house the refrigeration unit is to be added in style compatible with the existing building. The condenser unit is to be placed outside the building on a concrete slab with fence screening. An additional electrical service line and transformer will be required. Waterline will be extended and additional water treatment equipment installed as an additive. The design is in English Units.
