Construct concrete foundations for MALSR light bars, and equipment building. 3. Install CMP culvert; construct, compact and grade fill plot for STA. 10+00, 12+00 and access road. 4. Transport fiberglass equipment shelter (GFM) from storage site and install at job site. 5. Install grounding/lightning protection system on equipment shelter. 6. Install MALSR GFM equipment inside equipment shelter. 7. Install underground duct/wiring system with associated steel pull boxes and concrete handholes. 8. Assemble and wire threshold, EMT, and LIR pole mounted MALSR lights and flashers. 9. Install concrete/crushed rock access roads. 10. Install crushed rock surfacing over light station plots and equipment shelter plot. Estimated Price Range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
