The work is for the system operation, preventative maintenance and repair of the wastewater collection system at the Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC), Port Hueneme, CA. This is being coordinated with the local privatization effort to transfer ownership and operation of the system to the City of Port Hueneme.
