The following materials submittals are required: 1) Manufacturer's catalog cuts for pipe. 2) Valves. 3) Cadium plated steel bolts. 4) Garlok ring gaskets. 5) Bacteriological test results to the Contracting Officer within 48 hours. 6) Soil Tests Results (compaction) from 3rd party contractor. 7) Detailed sketch showing size & exact location of new valves and equipment.
