Currently one prime contractor provides total management services to this facility either through its own company or with the use of subcontractors. Services to be provided include: maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems; elevator maintenance; maintenance of automatic controls; interior/exterior construction projects and other building repairs (when required); security services; custodial services; maintenance of interior/exterior plants; and laborer, and receiving supply clerk services and material transportation. This is an unrestricted procurement. The resultant contract will have a 30 day transition period followed by a base year and four (4) one year optional periods. Solicitation RFP-TOT-98-0002/C88002 will be issued on or about March 20, 1998, with a closing date of May 5, 1998.
