Work consists of providing all plant,labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof. Work includes tuck-pointing of the stone wall, posts and columns; replacement of any concrete wall sections, posts and caps with stone; rebuild of missing posts; redirect of roadway storm drainage; landscaping; removal of existing chain link fence and replacement with historic wrought iron fencing and gates. Work shall be performed by a general contractor who has construction experience in masonry and wrought iron fence installation. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 195 days. The contractor shall be required to perform a certain amount of work on premium time to eliminate disruption of Government services. This premium time is required for the installation of new gates and associated items. The approximate cost of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project will be performed at the NIMA facilities at 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO. The facility is located east of Broadway and south of Arsenal Street in south St. Louis city.
