Each case shall contain 240 individual cartridges. These cartridges will be manufactured in accordance with Specification NSN/NALC 1305-01-386-5604/A023. This specification contains a number of Military Specifications and the governments lot testing requirements. This is expected to be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Supply Contract. The shipping terms will be F.O.B. destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane IN, with Lot testing and inspection at Origin and final inspection and acceptance at Destination. Anticipated Issue Date is 21MAR98 with an Anticipated Closing Date of 20APR98. The delivery schedule is 45 days after issuance of a Delivery Order.
